For those who are not afraid of the harsh winds of the Arctic Ocean and the limitless distances of the polar tundra in pursuit of the dream of photographing polar bears.
The Bear Patrol will lead us to the den in the season when female polar bears and cubs leave the lair. You will see the real wild Chukotka, from Anadyr to the Egvekinot, from the Amguema tundra with its reindeer herders to the polar Vancarem with the Chukchi-sea-hunters and wildlife.

Cost per person (based on double accommodation):
- 274 000 Russian rubles subject to 6 participants
- 309 000 Russian rubles subject to 5 participants

Everything is included except for:
- international flight to Anadyr (roundtrip),
- international medical insurance,

TRAVEL PROGRAM: PHOTO TOUR TO CHUKOTKA
Day 1
Arrival in Anadyr. Meeting at the airport.
Lunch at the airport cafe
Getting the Luggage and passes in the border service
Excursion to an abandoned military base "Gudym"
Accommodation in the apartment of Ugolnye Kopi.
Meeting the guides. Inspection of equipment, instruction
Dinner at the apartment, familiarity with local traditions, " feeding spirits» rite
Day 2
Early wake up, Breakfast and flight from Anadyr to Egvekinot
Arrival in Egvekinot, accommodation in cottages or apartments
Walking tour of the town, visit the local Museum, ski slopes, the Bay.
Dinner in cafe " 13 " or at home
Day 3
Way from Egvekinot to Amguema (90 km)
Stop at the sign "Arctic circle", picnic, "sprinkling to the spirits", converting into the polar explorers, granting certificates.
Arrival in Amguema. Acquaintance with the village, lunch.
Meeting with interesting people such as N. Tyneru – respected herder, discussing the program.
Leaving for the reindeer brigade if it is located close (up to 60 km)
Getting to know the tundra people, exchanging gifts.
Dinner, talking around the fireplace
Accommodation in yaranga or tent or return to the Amguema.
Day 4 – 9
Way to Vankarem (190 km)
Stop on the way at the "Vostochny" gold mine, lunch, tea.
Arrival in Vankarem
Accommodation at the polar station or with local residents.
In Vankarem:
Tour of the village and the Cape.
A visit to Chelyuskinskaya school, history of "Chelyuskin"
Meeting the guides and departure on the "Bear patrol", search and observation of polar bears
Meeting Chuckchi sea mammals hunters. Head to "the ice edge" with hunters for hunting seals (depends on weather conditions).
Visit the ruined tropospheric station "Agate"
Meeting with the locals at the club.
Visit Chuckchi reindeer herders of the brigade 7 in the tundra
Day 10
Return to Egvekinot on the all-terrain vehicle "Trekol" (190 km)
Tea at the "Vostochny" gold mine
Dinner in Amguema
Proceed to Egvekinot
Accommodation in cottages
Day 11
Early wake up, breakfast
Departure by air from Egvekinot to Anadyr
Arrival in Anadyr
City tour (monuments to Mandrikov, Grinevetsky, Rytkheu)
Visit Chukotka Heritage Museum
Farewell dinner, concert of the folklore group
Hotel accommodation
Day 12
Crossing the estuary to the airport
Flight to Moscow

Cost includes:
- transport service according to the program (transfers, taxis, ferries, boats, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles)

- very warm winter feather coat with windstopper
- wear sets up to the weather (warm wool socks, cotton socks, wool sweater, thermal underwear, warm winter jacket)

- sleeping bag for -5/-10 degrees Celsius comfort temperature (can be freezing in the morning in yaranga)
- inflating tourist mattress
